RRR Media is a small independent studio. We try to collect as little personal data as we can get away with, and we never sell or share what we do collect. This page explains, in plain terms, what data is involved when you use rrr-media.com and our products.
The short version
- We don't run ads. We don't have advertising trackers on this site or in our apps.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
- The Triple app stores your subscriptions, listening progress, and preferences. If you opt into sync, that data is held against an account identifier — never sold.
- Email us at hi@rrr-media.com to access, correct, or delete your data. Real people answer.
What this site collects
rrr-media.com is a static landing page hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We don't set analytics cookies, fingerprint your browser, or build a profile of you. Cloudflare maintains short-lived request logs (IP address, user agent, request path) for operational and security purposes, retained according to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; that request hits Google's servers and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
What the Triple app collects
- On your device: the podcasts you've subscribed to, episode listening progress, downloaded episodes, app settings.
- If you enable cross-device sync: the items above are also stored on our servers, tied to an account identifier, so your other devices can pick up where you left off.
- Crash and diagnostic reports: anonymous, aggregated, and only if you opt in. These help us fix bugs.
- What we don't collect: contacts, location, microphone audio, advertising IDs, behavioral profiles, or anything else not strictly required to make the app work.
Podcast feeds and third parties
When you subscribe to a podcast, the app fetches the publisher's RSS feed directly from their server. Those publishers may log the request. We have no control over what podcast hosts log; please consult their privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Confirm what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your account and associated sync data
- Export your data in a portable format
Email hi@rrr-media.com from the address tied to your account. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
