Terms.
Last updated · 26 April 2026
These terms govern your use of rrr-media.com and the apps, services, and products published by RRR Media ("we", "us", "our"). By using any of them you agree to what's below. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.
Who we are
RRR Media is an independent media studio. Our first product is Triple, a podcast app for Android. Other products may be added over time.
Using the services
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- Don't use the services to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or disrupt the service for others.
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where local law expressly permits it.
- Don't scrape, mirror, or rebrand our site or apps.
Your account and data
If a service requires an account, you're responsible for the credentials you use and for activity under that account. Tell us at hi@rrr-media.com if you suspect unauthorized access. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
Podcast content
Triple plays podcasts published by third parties. We don't host, edit, or take responsibility for podcast content. Copyright in each podcast belongs to its publisher. If you believe content accessed through Triple infringes your rights, contact the publisher first; you can also write to us at hi@rrr-media.com and we'll respond appropriately.
Pricing and purchases
Some features may be free; others may require payment. Where purchases are made through the Google Play Store or another platform, that platform's terms also apply (refunds, billing, taxes). Free features may be changed or removed; paid features that you've purchased will be honored for the term you paid for.
Our intellectual property
The RRR Media name, the Prism mark, the Triple name and mark, the site design, the app UI, and our copy are ours. You may link to rrr-media.com without prior permission. You may not use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
Service availability
We aim for the services to be reliable but we don't promise they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change is material, we'll do our best to give reasonable notice.
Disclaimer and liability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRR Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the services in a way that risks harm to other users or to us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RRR Media is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a different right.
